On a different note about messages from the Universe, I have noticed this week there has been a really strong one:
Universal Attraction
So one of the biggest messages I get from the LoA type work I have been doing is: Know who you are, what you want and the whys of those things.
A Moment of Grump
An old boss of mine who knew that I was a writer once said to me:
“If my wife wrote a book, I wouldn’t waste any time reading it. I would want to read everything she wrote.”
Emotional Connections
It seems like we are living in a world where everyone wants emotional connections, but no one actually either knows what that means, or they think they know and are very wrong. All they know is that they are lonely and have needs they can’t fulfill within themselves, and they need to find someone outside of themselves to stop the loneliness.
The second day of The Magic, you are supposed to get a rock to tell your gratitudes to. I decided to make a gratitude poppet instead. The sigil stands for “I am grateful, thank you.” It is stuffed with rose quartz, citrine, labradorite, roses, lavendar, rosemary, and sage.
Limiting Thoughts
One of the things that I think I need a lot of work on is limiting thoughts. Those thoughts in the back of your mind that immediately override all the working thoughts I’m trying to manifest with.
People aren’t strong because they want to be
I am currently listening to a podcast called “A Little Bit Culty” because honestly, I love hearing about cults. Cult things to me are like true crime to others. I can’t get enough. I’m constantly fascinated by them and have been for as long as I can remember.
Evaluating Feeling
So, me and the potential guy have been talking for a week. I can say that what charm was there is in the wearing off period, and I am now becoming either more critical of things, or I am becoming more realistic. I’m not sure which one, which is why I’m blogging about this. LOL
A Possibility
I’m at the precipice of a potentially new relationship. Wow…that phrase sounds extremely like, “This relationship is only in your head,” doesn’t it? LOL It isn’t in my head, I promise.
The Magic Begins!
I mentioned in a previous post how I’m not really good with the whole daily gratitude thing. I have truly struggled with this concept since I first heard of it, and it’s a habit that I really just can’t get into.
